In the opening weekend for Capital women's basketball, sophomore Kaylee Cyphers led the team in the scoring column on both ends of a back-to-back versus Heidelberg. In the first game, Cyphers put up 13 points, went two-of-three from three-point range, five rebounds and tallied two takeaways in a tough battle in the Capital Center. The next night, Cyphers paced the team once again, connecting on nine-of-11 shots, two from range, to score a career-high 20 points and help lead Capital to victory. For the weekend, the sophomore totaled 33 points, 10 rebounds, two steals, one block and connected on four-of-six shots from distance.
